I was born and raised in Butte, MT and want to provide the safest most effective exercise I can to my hometown. I finished my bachelor’s degree in Applied Health and Safety Science in 2015 and my master’s degree in Exercise Science in 2017, both from Montana Tech. I have been training people since 2014 when I earned my certification as an Exercise Physiologist from the American College of Sports Medicine. I am an avid outdoorsman and athlete and enjoy an active lifestyle which helped guide me into a career in Health and Fitness. Since I started training people my goal has been to help others on their fitness journey, I genuinely enjoy seeing people make progress on their health! I personally believe that if we train hard in the gym, we can have a better quality of life. This doesn’t mean that we should expect each person to become an Olympic level athlete, just to be better than they were yesterday. Part of that process means helping people set realistic and achievable goals.

When I am not in the gym, I love to spend time with my family at the lake, going camping, four wheeling, hunting, fishing, going to car shows or playing volleyball.
